At Container Gadgets, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy.

🔹 Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

Packed in its original box/packaging.

With all accessories/manuals included (if any).

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage are not eligible.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earbuds, headphones, or wearable items once opened.

Discounted or clearance sale products.

Customized or special-order items.

🔹 Process for Return or Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days via Email or WhatsApp.

2. Share your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the product.

3. Once approved, you may return the product to our given address.

4. After inspection, we will process:

Exchange (replacement product) OR

Refund (in the same payment method or store credit).

🔹 Shipping Costs

If the return is due to wrong or defective product, we will cover the shipping charges.

If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
